Lewis Beeson (15 Aug 1815-31 Mar 1869) was my Great, Great, Great Grandfather. He was the son of Benjamin Beeson and Elizabeth Ballard. He married Jane Brown (20 Jul 1820-11 Nov 1900) in Highland County, Ohio on 21 Jun 1838. Jane was the daughter of Sovereign H. Brown and Mary Bell. Jane and Lewis had the following children: Ruel Oliver, Edward B., Sarah Elizabeth, Emma Ann, Lewis C, and Edna M. It appears they may of lost two children: Crockett and Anna Olive.
Lewis died in Cedar Falls, Black Hawk County, Iowa and is buried in the Fairview Cemetery in Cedar Falls next to his son Edward. Jane died in Carey, Wyandot County, Ohio and is buried in the Spring Grove Cemetery in Carey, Ohio next to her brother Edwin Brown. Their daughter Emma Ann Beeson was my Great, Great Grandmother. She married Charles W. Prindle.
